Aha! Finally made one that doesn't look half bad. I'm liking this cheek puff style, it's working well, and giving me a new dimension with my emotes. It also opens up areas for other options.
No real description needed, he's coughing. That's basically it.
Enjoy all, something that's been needed for a bit. Keep an eye out for a sarcastic cough (or something along the lines of that)
It looks like the cheeks go out a little too far. Otherwise, looks nice.

ha! i don't know if i should laugh or take pity on the poor dude. i love the colour choice - green to give the sick feeling. and his eyes... i just want to be his nurse and make him feel better.
yep, really a needed emote here ^^
hm, the coughing motion is interesting, but I think it should be combined with some movement of the whole head. you know, when coughing really badly the head moves up-down. without that it looks a bit like he's spitting in his hand
the colour is well chosen, for me it resembles that sickness quite well

"cough ..cough...could a fine gentle man like you spare some change" A homeless man emote..or a beg emote.
But onto your emote...The right cheek is tad to large on the cough, its mostly likely seems this way because of the colour....which is very similar to adam burp emote. By any change did you use his emote as a reference..because the animations look similar in the cheeks bulging. But it was nice how you did that, you may just want to revist the colour.
if not the colour, than the postion, I'd say move it over a few pixels so that the cheek will only be slightly bulging on the right. I mean the animation and expression is perfect, but at that angle its looks to odd.
